"Four Good Rural Roads" is an important project for improving people's livelihoods, winning public support, and demonstrating good governance, personally summarized and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. As the construction, management, maintenance, and operation of rural roads continue to deepen, in order to fully leverage the city-level overall guidance and solidify the county-level primary responsibility, our company has independently developed a two-tiered "city-county (district)" integrated management platform for "Four Good Rural Roads." This platform clarifies the management objectives and business requirements at both the city and county levels, constructing a bottom-up, interconnected integrated management platform to provide information-based and professional services to the city-level transportation authorities in construction, management, and maintenance.
