Modular Frame System
It adopts an aluminum alloy frame, supported by reinforced 6061-T6 aluminum alloy profiles with a thickness of ≥3.0mm, and features a modular design. It is sturdy, lightweight, and durable, and can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled more than 10 times, flexibly adapting to various expansions and relocations.

Soundproof Glass
It uses 10mm tempered glass, which is explosion-proof and fire-resistant. The entire structure is sealed with double-layer sound insulation film and surrounding sound insulation sealing strips, effectively improving sound insulation and vibration reduction.

Multi-layer Composite Wall
The 45mm-thick polymer wood-plastic composite (WPC) hollow-core wall system complies with international standards for noise reduction performance, features a B1-class flame retardancy rating, and utilizes a PVC film surface finish.

Sound-absorbing Lining
The pod interior is equipped with high-density acoustic materials, including high-density 12mm polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels, forming a sound insulation + vibration damping + sound absorption structure. It boasts a load-bearing deformation rate of <3%, and offers advantages such as easy cleaning, fire resistance, and wear resistance.

Status-sensitive Smart Light
The system intelligently senses human presence; when someone is working inside, ventilation, lights, and power automatically turn on, and when someone leaves, these functions automatically turn off. It saves energy and is convenient and fast.

Ventilation System
Features a multi-layered sound barrier design and an upward-inward, downward-outward circulating airflow. The PD labyrinth-type low-noise fresh air system reduces sound transmission between the interior and exterior of the pod, allowing for a complete air exchange every 2 minutes. The design achieves a sound insulation rating of RW+Ctr 30dB.

Lighting System
4000K color temperature LED lights, luminaire efficacy: 80-90 lm/w, 19W flat panel light source, providing continuous and stable sufficient lighting inside the pod, reducing eye strain. Three-color controllable lighting allows for easy switching between work and rest modes.

It is compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB, Type-C power supply, and is equipped with an international socket, three-way switch and USB interface inside the cabin. It also has reserved external connection port and network cable port to support multi-functional application scenarios.

Features a rust-proof alloy silent door lock for easy installation. The silent design effectively enhances sound insulation and sealing, preventing sound and dust from entering.
